    Apparently a Conservative darling - he has been well-rated as a jurist, but the opposition will rally against him.

    Oddly, Kennedy has praised him in the past.

    Will there be a fillibuster? Will the neuclear option be used? This should be interesting.

    Well, we conservatives have the nominee that we wanted. Now we have to do the grunt work because this will be a war in the U.S. Senate as the left-wing senators such as Kennedy and Schumer and their allies in the left-wing pressure groups such as moveon.org and NARAL will most certainly declare political jihad against Judge Alito.
