Well, we made it one, didn't we ?

Ayers, Wright, Rezko, and any number of other America hating leftist marxists have shaped this man into what he is. His "spread the wealth around" should make that pretty obvious. He is trained.

Let's get back on topic. Again this one has been hijacked into a screaming match on abortion.

    Remember the OP said:

So, let's drop the abortion issue, it is not applicable to this thread and talk to the quote above. Thanks for doing so.

Lots have made this choice, while honorable, it does not make one qualified for the candidacy of VP.

Abortion is a single issue we should stand on. We are talking about the slaughter of unborn children.

I'm against abortion. I'm also against the hypocrisy of the Republican party who say all the "right words" but have done very little to stop it (having started it in the Roe vs. Wade decision).

    SO????

I agree with every word above, but I fail to see how that equates being an avid supporter of the big "O"!

I'm totally against a lot of the R actions in the last 8 years, but that does not make me want to get the other party, that will be even worse, elected.

This seem to be a sticking point with you liberals; just because we (conservatives) are against the Ds and the big O, does not mean we approve everything the Rs have done -- far from it.

I think I can speak for many, if not most, of the conservatives on this board in saying that I am against LIBERALISM, regardless of the label it carries -- Rep., Dem., Ind., or whatever. It's the policies we oppose, not necessarily the "label".

Although the masses are separated according to labels, there are exceptions.

Referring to two comments above made by men:

Honorable? Sarah Palin is honorable not to have aborted her Downs Syndrome baby? That is pretty sad. Then that makes all of us who do not murder "honorable". I much prefer saying that makes her a normal civilized human being.

Abortion is not the only page in the Bible? We now have a Presidential candidate who not only pushes murder within the womb, but from without. What political issue that we can glean wisdom on in the Bible trumps this?

You know, women know what it is to give life, but men are supposed to be the protectors. I find it not a little disconcerting that several men in this forum - not just this thread mind you - have made so light of this heinous act in the sight of God that not only intentionally takes the lives of little babies but ruins the lives of blinded women. Actually, it disgusts me. We need our Christian men to stand up and be REAL MEN. I am out of this "Christian" Political Forum. I can't take it any more. :BangHead:

    bye.
McCain/Palin want states to have the right to outlaw abortions.
Not very pro-life if you ask me.
It's ok to admit there are no good choices.

The states should have that right. The federal gov't shouldn't be able to take the right of any state to outlaw abortion.

If the Feds got out of everything that is unconstitutional, DC would be about .05% of its current size; if that big!!:BangHead::rolleyes:

I agree with you. If Christian men would have taken a stand and would take a stand and be REAL Godly men, abortion would come to an end quickly. But even some professing Christian men have little value for human life, even those they help to create. It is not only disconcerting, it is downright sickening. :tear:
