Their are some positives here I will not address the negatives but let people survey the Wiki profile.

She has a great personal story

She may be the one a strategic move to get the Hillary voters

There are MSNBC reports that a private flight from Anchorage arrived in Cincinnati this morning.

If anything, you gotta give credit to McCain. This seal is TIGHT. No one really knows anything.

Pawlenty has already stated that it's not him.

So did Biden. That was a lie (a good start for a vice-presidential candidate). If he can't tell the truth about something simple, what will he do about something big?

I think it is pretty impressive how McCain is keeping this tightly sealed. Shows good leadership on his part.

You have no proof that he knew he was the pick at that point in time. Without providing proof you really should withdraw your statement since you are a Christian.

If Senator McCain does choose Governor Palin then it would totally take away his campaign's use of the experience issue against Senator Obama.

How so? McCain still has more experience than Obama, and McCain's VP would have more executive experience than Obama and Biden combined. Me thinks you didn't think through that argument very well.

There is a world of difference between the POTUS and the VPOTUS positions.

Fox news said they saw her backstage?

Fox news said they saw her backstage?

Let just say if it is Sarah Palin , first of all congratulations but naked reality is that now Michigan and Minnesota will feel deflated and will be firmly blue.

and if it is Ms. Palin and big if, then I want to look for the likability on John McCain's face he wears that face on his sleeve , it shows when he is with Mitt Romney and it shows when he is with Joe Lieberman.

I personally do not like the way John McCain treats his wife and has joked about women in the past and we are well aware of his divorce.

but to John McCain's credit this is a good strategic move but what comes afterwords is hard questions for Governor Palin with Alaska embroiled in deep
ethical issues. I think it will actually bring out the magnifying glass, where it might knock her off balance.

can she get that 10 % of Hillary voters, less likely since the Democratic convention unified most of them ,perhaps wishful thinking is 5%.

imo though Michigan and Minnesota are firmly blue now and add Colorado as blue as well.

Look forward to the Governors family story I think it will be heart warming but she has two other family's that share that, the Obama's and the Bidens.

How so, she is a first term Gov of AK. You call that more experience?

    Also, from the Wiki...

Yes, but the VPOTUS would become POTUS if something happens to the POTUS. Keep in mind, McCain will be the oldest non incumbent president to take the office.

But if Obama is elected, he will be the president. Biden's experience at pontificating won't help him there.

Obama and Biden have ZERO executive experience.
