just 19 years old and already (if true) a cold-blooded serial killer despite the angelic face..
by her own admission, she stopped counting how many she's killed at count 22.

She told Fox News that she didn't care if people believed her, she just felt it was time to get all this out.

If she's telling the truth, why would she be concerned about whether people believed her or not? That's a statement with which a liar prefaces his/her lies. I think she's just trying to make herself famous. Time will tell.
