John McCain's campaign spending is violating the Federal Election Campaign Act(FECA). Back when his campaign was going down the toilet he chose to have public(taxpayer) funding to keep it going. However, now that he is the presumptive nominee of the Republican Party his campaign has admitted that it is already $4 million over the spending limit that Senator McCain agreed to legally adhere to.

I have done my part to stop Senator McCain's blatant breaking of the law by signing the official FEC complaint against him.

Please stand up for the rule of law by adding your name here:

    Here is the complaint:

Thanks to anyone who helps by signing this. You are a true patriot by doing so!

" Thanks to anyone who helps by signing this. You are a true patriot by doing so!"

And anyone that does not sign a complaint filed by someone we don't know based on ? facts is unpatriotic - works for me!

And when he submits a similar complaint against Hilary for the problems she is having that the news has been speaking of will you patriots sign it as well?

On the serious side, if there is a true breaking of law I'm sure someone will take care of it quite soon. The media is not going to allow him to get away with it.

I think Ken has a good point, and you as well. This is Mccain's law, he should be following it.

What would Ron Paul do ?

    "he should be following it."

Of course he should - if true - and I'd guess the election commission will clobber him with a complaint or not.

Ask for more earmarks he spoke against.

I wonder if Obama is for the rule of law with regards to illegal aliens? and of course those who support him.

Isn't this case being reviewed anyway? Isn't it under advisement? If so, we should let the courts/FEC determine the proper ajudication and go from there.

I guess I should apologize for saying those conservatives won't give to the needy, heck, they won't even give when they think it's a good cause.
