Shannara Books by Terry Brooks

    Anyone else read fantasy novels such as the Shannara series by Terry Brooks. The Sword of Shannara was one of the first books I really read as a child. I read everything I could get my hands on after that along the same story reference. Some of my faves growing up were "Dragon Riders of Pern, The Lord of the Rings, the Narnia series." I recently read the the Journey of Jerle Shannara. It was great. I am about to read the follow-up book Antrax.

    I read Sword, Elfstones, and Wishsong in jr. high/hs. I couldn't put them down. Someday I want to read them again, but there's too much other important stuff on my plate right now. Maybe there always will be.
