There have been many posts recently about the murders in Conn. Yes, Over 20 lives were snuffed out in a matter of minutes. But over 14,000 Americans are murdered each and every year. Why isn't there a fuss made over them (that is an average of 38 /day) Mind you, I am not trying to denigrate the memory of those in Conn, but why does a larger number make a difference? President Obama had a special news conference, Networks spent countless numbers of hour reporting. Would this have happen for 1, 2, or a group of 3 who were murdered? Just wondering?
