Every day is Sunday in my book & sabbath is now Jesus so I dont consern myself in that puritanical rubbish.

The real code is that which comes from a transformed life which shows up in those who are truly born again. Anything else is pure hippocracy(acting, pretending). Many churches are filled with the unregenerated--some in high places.

I agree there has been friction, but if I recall Paul called out Peter on an occasion...and I don't think we could conclude either of them were not saved Besides, a judaizer is not automatically a non Christian (not that I'm calling you one). There were both in Galatia.

Jakes is still a Penocostalist....... from what I understand, a rich one too. I watched him last week & I didnt see a lot of bible in the sermon. Id personally not want to go to a church where the pastor screams & yells & sweats all over the place....... My perferred seating would be towards the back & by the exit door. But thats just me.

 

The only true sign of "hippocracy" is growing to look like a huge potato and wallowing around in the water.

 

I sometimes grab groceries only if I need them, and eat out. I tend to laze around on Sunday afternoons or spend time with family.
