Should NK test their nukes?

    No, North Korea shouldn't be allowed to do so. But I don't see any practical way of stopping it.

    If we don't want them to test their bomb then we should give them a working model, maybe without radioactive materials for them to copy and then they wouldn't need to test.

    I would suggest a small thermonuclear device, attached to a probe, to be used during Kim Jong-Il's next prostate exam.
