Simply put....even though Obama doesn't do apologies as well as he tells little white lies, do you believe that one way to fix this big mess would be for the government to pass a law forcing those insurance companies to rescind the cancellations?

    ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

And now: MY OPINION! - I believe the reason Obamcare is causing insurance carriers to cancel our existing policies and force Americans to take on government-approved policies, has more to do with the money it NEEDS to bring into the government; than the policy not being up to code [tax code incognito, that is].

In short, the government forcing buyers to purchase policies with features, they'll never use [i.e., pediatrics, OB-GYN, pregnancy, mental health] has more to do with those OLDER insured individuals not using these benefits, then the money saved from not using these services can be diverted to support the same services being GIVEN free, to the entitled, [give me freebies] people within our society.

In other words, someone has to pay for the indigent who has babies, who have children, and who tend to need mental health due to drug and high alcohol consumption problems.

This is one more way to tax unsuspecting Americans into paying for the services needed by the nonpaying proportion of America [i.e., welfare recipients, illegal immigrants, newly phased in illegal immigrants, Medicaid].

The older insured are saying that they don't need many of the services they are being forced to pay for, but, without these older folks paying for services they will NEVER use, the government couldn't provide medical care to the poor and less fortunate! HOW SOCIALISTIC is this???

I say that this is a form of taxation without representation, or at least taxation for services and wares not needed!

After all AMERICA, someone has to pay for services rendered to those less fortunate, so, the time has come for all middleclass Americans to step up and "Pay the fiddler!"

In closing I'd like to ask those older Democrats what happened to the challenge of JFK when he stated, "Don't ask what your country can do for you, BUT what you can do for your country?"

Of course it is! And it was Barry Great Pretender's intent all along. He never intended to keep that "promise" and never intended not to go to a single-payer plan. It is what he has wanted from the start, and what he now (prayerfully and thankfully) has no hope of achieving because his "emperor has no clothes" reality has been exposed. His only recourse is martial law, or some similar overriding general political trick to exert the control that is slipping away. Like this, perhaps ...

I voted no because elections have consequences. I disagree with almost everything Obama has done, but if we want them reversed, then the Republicans need to win an election and reverse them.

The Republicans did win an election. The control the house. Obama does not get anything and everything he wants just because he is President. I do not know where that mentality came from but but it is not what this country was founded on. There are checks and balances.

Communism has consequences also...walls & firing squads & starvation & gulags etc. But this is nothing short of deception & tyranny ...not above board elections. Obamacare is flawed on both ends of the spectrum. For the poor, healthcare will be Medicare...a substandard program that BO indicated was supposed to go away...and for the young and healthy its a "your money or your life" situation....and for the rest of us its you can bet you will pay more!?! Thats not going to play well and I view it as tyrannical with BO playing Joe Stalin. The beatings will continue till morale improves?!? I don't think so...Americans have a way to deal with tyrants!!!
