The last I knew, we had a Dr. Frankenstein (sp?) in my home city. Remember the Frankenstein monster?

 

Well there was a place in a nearby mall's food court where you could order hot dogs and root beer called "Frank & Stein."

I was afraid to ask who prepared the food. :laugh:

I pastored near there and was told it was once know as Cole and Stiff but Mr. Cole sold his intrest to Mr. Bruce.

 

Several years ago, I went to see a surgeon about back surgery. I had never met him, but he came highly recommended. He walked into the examining room and introduced himself. "Hi, my name is Bubba _____."

Bubba? The guy who's going to cut on me is named Bubba?

I need not have worried. He did a superb job. All that mattered was that he was Doctor Bubba.

 

Doesn't Jeff Foxworthy have a routine "The Redneck Brain Surgeon" in which the doctor's name is "Bubba"?

 

We've got Vile Trash dumpsters scattered round about here.

In fact, I used to know one of the Vile brothers.

In Allentown, PA, (population ca. 106,000) there's a law firm known as Fitzpatrick, Lentz & Bubba. :laugh:

(NOTE: With my luck being what it is ["When my ship comes in, I'd be at the airport"!], if I were to need an pro bono attorney who practices law in the county seat of Lehigh County, PA, guess who'd probably be the one who'd be assigned as my defense attorney?) :thumbs:
