I havent heard of Rushfit! I may look into it! Insanity is exactly that!.. There's a reason why there's a disclaimer before each video starts saying that Insanity is NOT FOR EVERYONE LOL... I'm still trying to get past the warm ups lol...

1 Thessalonians 5:22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.

YOGA...a "happy" movement of HEALTH or an "unholy" movement from HELL?

From fast-food franchise promotion to virtual video-game venues, yoga is revolutionizing the fitness movement worldwide—and is even extending its reach directly into the churches and the lifestyles of professing Christians. But is it simply stretching, as some Christians claim? Is it a way to “breathe in” the Holy Spirit? Or is yoga one of the greatest Trojan Horses of our time?

Every Christian should be informed of the true origins and effects of the practice of yoga and its ungodly roots in Kundalini energy—which, literally defined, means an awakening of the “Serpent Power.” (Yoga and the Body of Christ by Dave Hunt, back cover)

John of Japan gave a warning and good reasoning behind that warning. The rest are just rabid religious rantings and best ignored by the Christian with any type of common sense.

Listen to John of Japan, I would imagine that he has a "gray belt"....this is martial arts slang for "someone who has had their black belt for a long time."

He knows what he's talking about in both the martial arts realm and the religious realm (even though he learned wing chun).
