I have no problems with the above statement. He is absolutely correct.

The material does indeed promote hate. When you refer to a group of people as if they are the bearers of a disease that threatens society, you cross a line has been crossed before:

First of all, he isn't saying that homosexuals are like the plague. He is saying that homosexuals are as immoral as the pimps that plague our communities. If anyone should be outrage about the plague comment, it's the pimps...not the homosexuals.

Secondly, even if he did compare homosexuality to a disease, so what? It is a disease. It's a sick, sin filled, perversion. By saying that am I now inciting hate? Sure, I am inciting hate against homosexuality. I hate homosexuality. I don't hate the homosexual however.

Give us the entire quote for the "take whatever steps are necessary" part. How about a couple of sentences before and a couple after just for context?
