    Why wouldn't the BB poll be a representative sample of the Christian community, even if a very small sample? :confused:

    The Baptist Board is not representative itself of all Christians, especially since it is almost exclusively Baptists posting on it.

    Do you really think that maybe a couple dozen people voting in a poll is representative of the entire Christian world? You're brighter than to believe that, LE.

    That's true. The BB isn't representative of any Baptist churches I've ever attended - far too many liberals and non-dispies on here. :D [​IMG]

    Oh I don't doubt that a woman will sooner or later be elected, if the Lord tarries, but it will be because men like you have allowed, no, decided that it should, happen. There is not much left of the God given conscience (The Church) of this nation. It is a huge and nearly useless entity, bent on entertainment rather than equipping of the saints. Even here on this board supposedly dedicated to Christian principals, right and wrong are so blurred as to render them indistinguishable in many instances.
