    Correction- "...the second-largest association of churches in America,..."

    The SBC is NOT a "church" as the Methodist or other groups are!

    I agree with you on the term denomination - its "Church" (as opposed to church) I disagree with.

    Hmm Confederate - not bad - I assume you are talking about the Article of Confederation - meant to be a very, very loose organization ( I esp like Article II)
