    I almost never speculate further than what the P&F chart shows and then only if there is something on the horizon, like a housing bubble. It is foolish, IMHO, to speculate with no data. And, it has nothing to do with this thread. If you want to seriously talk about investing I will be happy to do so. Speculating about the unknown and unknowable future will be of no profit [pun intended].
