okay, you bb geeks, here's a question I got for you.
so I'm battling the van helsing clan here on BB, or maybe just morphing into an ordinary looking human and kidding around elsewhere on BB, or maybe reading the latest news in this fallen world, or working on something else in the web, when all of a sudden this radio comes on.
A streaming broadcast, complete with advertising and all that useless, come-on-give-us-your-hard-earned-money-for-our-very-inferior-products dung that we hear a lot or see a lot, and I turn off the IE8 and it still goes on, so I reboot my computer and it's out.
I couldn't find anything in the processes applet to tell me what it is.
    It's driving me crazy.
I thought at first it was coming from Comcast's signal so I called them and got chewed up for being stupid, which I was (can't be them, but hey, I gotta have a suspect).
So I turned off IE from the windows features.
And hoping it doesn't rise at night, one more time, to drive me crazy while I'm out sucking the unsuspecting Arminian's blood or squaring it out with the van Helsing clan.
Any takers on this one ?

Got a firewall? Got it up? Not the Windows firewall (although it is better than nothing), but one that will alert you to connections?

If not , try Comodo's firewall, here. It may irritate you asking for permissions, but it will help you figure out where the stream is coming from.
