    Dressed in a gray suit and wing tip loafers, Brother Billy Ball paced the sidewalk on Four Seasons Boulevard like a big cat, dispensing Biblical tracts and advice for eternity.

    "There is a real a-heaven, and a real a-hell, and if you're not a-saved, the lake of fire will be your home," Ball hollered in the brisk morning air from the corner in front of the Times-News offices.

    I have no problem with him hollering but some use a bull horn which is . . . nasty.
