One thing you might have overlooked with these great preachers, all of whom I like btw, God didn't move men through their preaching because they were preaching TULIP, God moved men through them because they were preaching Jesus Christ and Him crucified! Their theological beliefs played no part. However, I will give you this, they were passionate Calvinist, praise Jesus!

Think that is the main point, in that they all saw the zeal and need to preach/teach/witness/missionary to the lost, so calvinism does NOT mean have to be dry and lifeless, if you are, that is your choice, NOT Gods!

And to be honest here, how many times do calvinists preach messages on the TULIP, unless its part of a study in grace, in a class, from atext book etc?

    Absolutely

And this is why a have no problem with preachers who believe in TULIP, because when they preach, it is all Arminian, which as an invitation to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. I know that when they teach a class of believers they will be teaching from their TULIP perspective, and that is fine, for in a class there is usually some back and forth which keeps a balance on things, at least that is what happens in our church. One of our Elders is a SS teacher, a Calvinist, and when he starts down the TULIP path he always gets some push back, and he is ok with this, and we go back and forth a bit just like here on the BB. There is no love lost, we always agree to disagree on this point of Election and carry on, pushing towards the high calling we have in Jesus Christ.
