Study: Conservatives have larger ‘fear center’ in brain

Makes sense.

Republicans use fear tactics to sell us on wars and democrats use humanitarian pleas to sell us on wars.

Bottom line we all keeping buying their wars. Looks like they got us all figured out.

 

History proves that is BS! You really think the Armed Forces in this country are a bunch of pansy liberals!

British conservatives?

There is a lot of difference between a British "conservative" and and American "conservative".

From a personal experience standpoint, I'd have to say it won't hold up.

I served with too many Marines who are now staunch conservatives. A lot of them are highly decorated. One just recently died that was awarded the Navy Cross and a Silver Star to go with his 2 Purple Hearts. I never saw him afraid.

But then I never saw the ones who would now be considered liberals afraid either.

Doesn't mean much anyhow when true courage doesn't mean without fear, but overcoming it.

 

Neocons push fear for a reason. They know conservatives will buckle under and give in to their wishes every time.
