Your non-answer indicates there is none. That is sufficient.

A Constitutional time frame for what? If they aren't CONSIDERING, how can there be a time frame?

Then a time frame for "considering."

The time frame would naturally begin right after a President makes a nomination since they can't advise and consent until one is made. They have unConstitutionally chosen to not consider and not do what the Constitution says they are to do.

They could choose, in their considering to tell the President, that they are rejecting the nominee for whatever reason. But the process set forth by the Constitution demands that nominees be considered.

The Senate does not get to decide that they aren't going to do their jobs for X number of days until the person they want or another President takes office.

So they violated the constitution by not researching and evaluating the nom the very minute ob slobbered his name out? That's what I asked before.

They considered him. His record has been checked and he's a leftist ideologue. Why bother with hearings? His record speaks for itself. "Consider" him toast.

They violated the Constitutional duties of Senators by choosing to not consider the nominee. The Constitution requires them to advise and consent. They can't advise and consent without considering.

This obstructionist Congress keeps doing stuff like this and then gets their undies in a wad when the man starts taking actions to work around their continued obstruction.

Nobody needs your idiot repetition. Besides, just the fact that he is one ob would nominate is 'consideration.'

Yes we all know that your idiot repetition is more than enough for this board.

Nope. You're looking dumber with each statement. HE was nominated by the President. The President has given HIS consideration.

The Senate has not considered anything as they said they would not.

Your idiocy is in a class of its own to only be countered by the truth to which you have no defense.

It would be nice if you had a semblance of a brain. Did the Senate decide that dungpile is another leftist enemy? If so, they considered him.

Still haven't countered the truth, huh?

So the non-considering Senate decided to consider now? Just face the fact that you don't know what you're talking about. But that's nothing new.
