I have not been on this board in a long time but I found out some lad on here disliked my poem about the KJV and NIv and has called me a heretic and threatened me with Hell. In all my debates over the years I do believe this the first time I have ever been called a heretic. In this age of apostasy, I might think about accepting that as a badge of honor rather than an insult as it was intended. Anyway, he has spurred me on to finish a project that I have been working on concerning this issue. I just posted "Why The Good Old KJV Is Still The Book For Thee" on Sermoncentral. It usually takes a day or two for it to show up. I have already sent it to my mailing list and a couple of newsgroups and so far have only recieved but one response and that was favorable. My guess is that the length of the article will take ahile for some to respond. I made sure that my "friend" got a copy as a reward for his inspiration. Anyway, if you would like a personal copy to cheer or jeer please send the request directly to [email protected] as I have basically retired from this board. I only came here since my "admirer" mentioned that he challenged me three times and I never responded. I have to read something before I can respond. And since he made his criticism here it is only right that I respond here lest someone think it was his challenge that chased me away. I don't remember which forum the original hoopla was on so I will post here and on another one so that all may see that I am alive and well after his chastisement and certainly do not base my salvation upon his assessment of me or the issue. Shalom!
