    DAMASCUS (Reuters) - Syrian Interior Minister Ghazi Kanaan committed suicide in his office on Wednesday, officials said, three weeks after being questioned by a U.N. team probing the assassination of Lebanon's Rafik al-Hariri.

    About an hour before Kanaan killed himself, he gave a radio interview and ended it by saying his statement might be the last he would make.

    Kanaan's suicide came before a report due next week by the U.N.'s chief investigator on his inquiry into the February killing of Hariri, Lebanon's former prime minister.....
