Tax Advice

    My advice, free of charge.....


    Take the time to make sure you do your homework. Do not assume your old deductions and credits are still valid. One example, you may not be able to count your un-reembursed health insurance premiums.

    That bears repeating.

    And not just in January either. Tax code can be changed at any time, and probably will through out this year. That is if the start of the year is any indicator of what's still to come.

    Plus, we don't know what's in the pipeline already to be implemented, whether having a scheduled date or waiting for a "trigger" to activate. As Nancy P said, "we have to pass the bill to know what's in it".

    BTW, "Closing loopholes" doesn't just apply to rich corporations.
