Terror attack: How much did neighbor really know?

As the investigation moves forward, it looks like Farooks old school buddy, ex-neighbor and original owner of the weapons used in the attack was not just an innocent bystander.

There is the possibility he was ready to change his name to one that identified him with Islam. Plus, he may have known about an earlier attack that never came off.

Will and should he be charged with crimes, if found to have illegally sold the guns to Farook? And do you think he is more involved than initially thought?
