    I read somewhere that the cruise ship had a noise gun of some kind that sent the baddies running. I want one for the local high school football game. :D

    The thugs involved were not terrorists. They were just your common garden variety pirates. They got their weaponry from the same sources as real deal terrorists. But don't confuse the two.

    Piracy was one of the reasons for Britain's Royal Navy had for it naval bases in Aden, Yemen, and British Somaliland.

    I was immpressed with the Captain of the ship-he tried to run them down with the ship. He narrowly missed one boat.

    Then the ship out ran the thugs.

    I read about the sonic gun in USA Today. Seems pretty effective. Ships have been warned to stay at least 150 miles off the coast of Somalia.
