Seem to forget who responded first to the 9/11 tragedy. Canadians even drove their firetrucks to the scene. Doctors and nurses responded immediately. School-bus loads of Canadian citizens crossed the border to assist. Money was raised to assist. Canadians are still paying for the results of that event. Our border was virtually closed and it remains difficult to cross the border to-day.

Thank you, USA. Presidents Carter, Clinton and Obama have been the only ones to speak honourably of this country.

The late Gordon Sinclair was speaking out of turn at that moment, and his radio career should be taken note of before taking him seriously.

Think of the many Canadians who supported local business in upper New York,,Watertown and Syracuse. The many thousands who spend up to five months during the winter months in Florida as well as many other states.

Better balance you thoughts about what people think of America before blasting everyone.

    Cheers,

    Jim
