What, in your opinion, is or are the church's most critical problems?

In a sense, most go hand in hand.

Personally, I think that church is like the rest of society -- way too busy to learn about our Lord in an in-depth way which makes us shallow as a whole.

Pulpits and ministries with poor doctrinal teaching. Pulpits and ministries filled with gimmicks, games and attempts to manipulate God and others.

Based on the following definition from wikopedia, I would say indifference.
noun 1.lack of interest or concern: We were shocked by their indifference toward poverty. 2.unimportance; little or no concern: Whether or not to attend the party is a matter of indifference to him. 3.the quality or condition of being indifferent. 4.mediocre quality; mediocrity.

All of the above as a result of a unregenerate membership and those people being in roles of leadership.
