    Well I told Sue I'd be chatting with my kids. They call at night. Erin called and then Scott emailed saying he was just in from work. He's Mr. Mom this week. Our dil got a new job and is training in N.Y. city for 2 weeks. She's so bright... and yet she loves ME. Had to add that for those who don't think I'm edjumakated enuff. ;)

    I'm impressed. I would have never been able to spell "edjumakated." I always leave out the "j" for some reason. [​IMG]

    Well, it is getting that time of the night. NY Times Crossword is calling my name! Big day tomorrow - monthly Health Meeting at the clinic (wife teaches 30+ a class on first Tuesday), followed by pot-luck and a Christmas party.

    Then the dentist. And counseling in the evening (hope the novacaine has worn off; I'm not old enough to drool and get by with it). And prep time for funeral and preaching on Wednesday.

    Some days of late I've been a lot busier than I want to be!

    Good Morning All!

    Wow! I really miss out when I go to bed early!

    Blackbird shootin' deer from a barn.
    Dr.B. huntin' squirrel and droolin'.
    Diane and Gib gettin' 'hooked on fonix'.
    Dan still triple postin'.
    AND the age old canine/feline debate! [​IMG]

    Today will be calmer than yesterday. Sold an Amazon item so have to get it boxed up and mailed today.

    Now that I have the tree up I can wrap presents and have someplace to put them! I will be doing that today along with TRYING to get in to the Public Health Dept. to get a flu shot (it's much cheaper than going to the Dr.)!

    Going to bundle up for work this morning. It is 29º and windy! Brrrrrr!

    I am off to 'the corner'.

    Then I have to post a package and drop some sweaters off to the local 'thrift shop'.

    Still trying to get an appointment for a flu shot today.

    Today is my youngest son's birthday and he is going to call this afternoon. He cannot get through when I have my 'telezapper' phone on and it is the one hooked to the computer.

    So, I'm not sure if I will get back online until after work this afternoon.

    yawn... I just can't seem to wake up today! More caffeine needed I guess!

    I still have SO much to do to make up for not being home during the day last month. I think I figured one or two days would catch me up.... but with decorating too... YIKES!

    Moanin, All - Just returned from the printers with a thousand newsletters (NO, NOT my Christmas letter but just you wait). And only an hour until the health seminar.

    Bright sunshine, 32F, gentle breeze. Lovely day.

    And a good time was had by all. :eek:

    HI All! Just taking a quick break from my chores to see if everyone is doing okay!

    Wow... God is so good to us! Hubby was on his way to his job with Samaritian's Purse and there was a horrible accident in front of him that involved 2 tractor trailers and a small van. He's been sitting during the clean up and didn't move for about 2 1/2 hours but was uninjured! Praising God for his safety and praying for those injured or even killed!

    I made some wonderful turkey vegetable soup for a late lunch and have just about finished decorating the house! I only have a few snowmen left and then some final boxes to carry out to the storage room at the back of the garage and that's it! Hurrah!

    Gotta think of a nice craft for the 3 and 4 year olds for tomorrow night now.... Maybe angels?
