    Movie quote:

America is a predominantly Protestant country. This was even more true at its founding, but is even true today in the main.

Every day, around 4,000 baby-murders are performed. And the majority of those lives lost are (ex) Protestants.

Every night, around 4,000 Mexicans flood into our country across our spread-open borders. These Latinos are EXCLUSIVELY Catholic. Soon, the American Southwest will be lost to Mexico. At that time, a million square miles of the Earth's surface will once again BECOME CATHOLIC.

Pat Buchanan wrote an article in the Washington Times on 16 January called Cardinal McCarrick & the Catholics' war. You can read it here:

    http://www.wnd.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=48363

Please take a few minutes of your time to look up the following words:

    30 Years War
    80 Years War
    Counter-Reformation

You may also wish to know that the Catholic Church has never issued any appology for any of the ~10,000,000 deaths attributable to the Catholic-Counter Reformation up through 1650 (end of the 30 Years War alone). And here are is the Catholic Church in its own words:

I am not convinced that Protestants are inclined to keep their eyes on the ball. God help me, but I fear it is so.

As long as nothing is overtly said in the newspapers, we all choose to go back to sleep.

As long as the criminal suspect does not freely volunteer a public confession, we all choose to go back to sleep.

So did Josh, Davy, Shlomo and Dan in Germany in 1938.

    And they were dead wrong.

    "It couldn't happen, they wouldn't."

    They were dead wrong.

Oh, ever heard the phrase, "Hitler's Pope"? Ever see the last few minutes of the movie Amen?

I fear Protestants today have no concept who they are dealing with.

And as long as the criminal suspect does not freely confess...

    nobody bothers about it.

    Yawn....

Statistically, 1-2 more (ex) Protestant babies have been murdered while you read this.

And we'll get our load of Catholics into TX, AZ, and CA tonight.

Enjoy! Cheers! Learn Spanish (like Cortez and Pizarro) and grab your Rosaries. Have fun!

Statistics are misleading. You can make them say whatever you want in some cases. As far as the point you are trying to make as per the topic of the thread it is irrelevant in light of the fact that it is Islam that is the fastest growing religion in America, and in the world today--not Catholicism, nor "Protestantism--but Islam.

That's funny. When I was growing up in El Paso, a lot of IA were coming over and worshipping in Pentecostal Churches (which also happen to be the fastest growing segment of Christianity in Mexico an Central America).

And as for 4000 coming over every night? Sure. Right.

As in most border cities, the majority of Mexicans coming over either shopped or went to a job, and then returned to Mexico at the end of the day. It's actually legal for them to be here, inside a ten mile limit from the border, with no papers/passport. Just as Americans can go into Mexico without a passport.

Rampant conspiratorialism, to the point that one does not even think about what they are saying.
Aborted babies are not "ex"Protestants! They are not anything, religiously; they were never born to grow up and choose a religion! And even if they were, the people they would be born to were most likely nominal at best. (Especially if they believe in abortion in the first place).
Likewise, most Mexican immigrants would only be nominally Catholic. And then you have the ones who are charismatic, as was mentioned.

If anything, it will probably end up being radical anti-catholic conservatives who end up doing the most damage in the future; all in reaction to these wild conspiracies they imagine!

Sounds too much like the soapbox rantings of Hyde Park....Nevermind, they are only allowed one speech before they are overwhelmed by wisdom.

    Cheers,

Bismarck, the counter reformation is alive and well. It is accomplishing it’s work. It is the reformation that is suffering severely. Protestant churches are no longer protesting. Instead, they are returning to Rome at an alarming rate. The church of Rome is the Mother of harlots. All those who will compromise the truths of God’s word, will return to their mother. This separation must take place before Jesus Christ returns.

God will soon send a message with great power, to speed up this process. As the church of Rome gains power and prestige in this world, the judgments of God will follow swiftly. Even now, as her power has grown, so to have wars, terrorism, famines, earthquakes, and all sorts of natural disasters. This will only increase as her power increases in this world. Thus the call to all of God’s people-

    CHAPTER 18

1 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.
2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.
3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.
4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.

6 Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.
7 How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.
8 Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.
9 And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning,
10 Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.
11 And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more:
12 The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble,
13 And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.
14 And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all.
15 The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing,
16 And saying, Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!
17 For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off,
18 And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city!
19 And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.
20 Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her.
21 And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.
    22 And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee;
23 And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.
24 And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.

The greater the church of Rome’s power grows among the kings of the earth, the more urgent this call will become. “ Come out of her my people, that ye receive not of her plagues”.

Bye for now. Y. b. in C. Keith

Why do you give me the feeling that what you know about the 80 Years War can be written on the back of a postcard?

Not to worry Bismark - I get the same feeling when it comes to what Mioque might know about God's Word.

Interesting that when you simply "mention" the 80 years war Mioque "makes up" your entire lifes history regarding the details of that topic. A lot of agnostics use that same method when it comes to evolutionism.

Once you start down the path of revisionist histories -- "just making stuff up out of whole cloth" - then it must get to the point where it completely takes over your life and is pretty hard to stop - I guess. I will leave it to Mioque's own testimony on that one.

    In Christ,

    Bob

The 80 year war a.k.a. the Dutch Revolt to you English speakers had more to do with taxes than with religion.
That's why it had Catholics on both sides. If it had been a primarely religious conflict the sides would have been divided neatly into Protestant vs. Catholic.

Why so snarky, Bob? I get the feeling "revisionist historian" just means someone who presents facts you don't like.

Herr Chancellor, think of it as the mission field coming to your doorstep.

Mioque, most here think of your 80 Year War as a part of the Thirty Years War. But then, we call the various wars of the Spanish and Austrian Successions by other names. And then there is the French and Indian War, known to you as the Seven Years War.

    </font>[/QUOTE][IMG] Pat Buchanan. [IMG]

Now, in addition to knowing he (Pat Buchanan) is a racist, we now know he is fairly stupid in his argument. Let's see here. In the Catholic war against the unborn, Four Democrat Catholics are attacking a pro-life Catholic because they fear that this Catholic may overturn Roe. Thanks for that wonderful gem of illogical lunacy. I can only imagine the conspiracy theories and the pleas of the illuminate that will explain this stupidity... [IMG]
