The Details of hell

Any help on the following questions would be greatly appreciated. By hell I mean the eternal pit of fire described in Revelations.

1) Did God creat Hell originally for satan and the other fallen angels?

2) Did lucifer (satan) rebel before God created the Earth and mankind?

Matthew 25:41: "Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:"

Yep!

2) Did lucifer (satan) rebel before God created the Earth and mankind?

I believe so, because Satan tempted Eve in the garden.
