The Do Nothing Democratic Controlled Senate

    Saw this tidbit of info in the news today:

    From 2009 through 2014 the Democrats controlled the Senate. During that stretch there were only 1,473 recorded votes, the lowest number of votes in a five year period in the last fifty years. In 2011 there were only 235 recorded votes in the Senate; in the Republican controlled House there were 949.

    Do not expect CTB to offer any comment that does not blame the Republicans.

    I say good deal. The less they do the better. The fed was never meant to be so busy anyway.
