    Chapter 1

    9: Whosoever transgresseth,
    and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ,
    hath not God.He that abideth in the
    doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father
    and the Son.

    10: If there come any unto you,
    and bring not this doctrine, receive him not
    into your house, neither bid him God speed:
    11: For he that biddeth him God speed
    is partaker of his evil deeds.

    What is the doctrine of Christ?

    Jesus sends me to many different Christian imitations of His church.

    I can ask anyone there what is the doctrine of Christ

    and find no one will know.

    And get many different answers even in the same place.

    Okay, I'm going to be blunt.

    Slozand, is Jesus a member of the Triune Godhead? Is He God come in the flesh?

    These are simple yes or no questions.

    I am not certain that he understands the question.

    From what I am reading, (assumption only on my part) he seems to be placing the Lord Jesus Christ as positional to the Father in a hierarchy rather than alignment of purpose.

    In this manner, he has used Scriptures in which Christ statements would indicate that positioning, yet not understand that it is of purpose rather than hierarchy.

    Christ said, "I and the Father are one." That is a statement of not only purpose, but of equality. Further, Christ states, "If you have seen me, you have seen the Father." Again, that is a statement of not only purpose but equality.

    I may be wrong in my assessment, but that is what I am assuming of his statements.

    You are being generous but he has been banned under other names for his heresy on Christ. This poster and his doctrine are not new to the BB.

    If you can't find it I will be glad to show it to you.

    I am assuming you are referring to the

    God the Father

    Jesus the Son

    and the Holy Ghost

    as the Triune Godhead.

    Why yes Jesus is the Son.

    God the Father begat Jesus.

    Jesus was God's only begotten Son.

    Say can't you find that in the bible?

    If you can't I will assist you and show you where it is in the bible.
