    Pastor Smith answers the phone.

    A voice on the other end of the line says, "Hello, is this Pastor Robert Smith?"

    "It is"

    "Pastor Robert Smith of the Emmanuel Baptist Church in Springfield?"

    "It is."

    "This is the IRS. Can you help us?"

    "I'll try."

    "Do you know a Ted Houlihan?"

    "I do."

    "Is he a member of your congregation?"

    "He is."

    "Has he made a donation of $10,000 to the Emmanuel Baptist Church?"

    "He will".
