I think Joel Osteen is just as scary as Oprah, or Joyce Meyers. And he is deceiving many... his church is huge. :tear:

Joel Olsteen is a marketing guru. He did not want to be a pastor and saw potential financially in being one, he is spineless, weasel of a man. I don't think very highly of him and his grin makes me gringe.

"For our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world powers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavens. " Ephesians 6:12

    Hmmm....interesting.

Yes, but why would you quote that sentence alone, and not the next one?

It's as if you were trying to twist what I said. The very next sentence says:
It is even more clear today than it was last summer, that Oprah is a disciple and teacher of New Age Spirituality, leading many thousands astray, most of them for eternity.

Anyone who does that is clearly, by any standard, an enemy of our Lord Jesus Christ. By definition, Oprah is also an enemy of all those who are in Him.

    :jesus:

Thank you for your comments and setting the record straight. I too watch O on occasion (not a diehard fan). The latest kick is buddying up online with Eckhardt Tolle (new age guru) who comes from my neck of the woods. Sad that someone who carries such clout can be duped into this. I too wish she were saved.
