Wonderful film... and I believe completely financed by a church.

The action scenes were exemplary. Very well shot.

The acting and writing were about what you'd expect for a Christian film; that is to say, sub-par. Compared to other Christian films, though, it was better than most.

Overall, I found the dominance of male authority figures funny, and the "jus' trust Jesus and you're gonna win ever'thing" is unrealistic. For all of that, it's impossible not to be rooting for the team by the end of the film.

I've yet to find a Christian film, aside from "Passion of the Christ," worth crowing about. This one was, for all its flaws, pretty enjoyable.

My wife and I saw it yesterday.
It is a movie well worth viewing!
Yes, it was completely financed and filmed by a church in South Georgia.

Just to quote one sentence from this review...
"One word stood out in nearly every critique I read of the film -– uplifting."

It is my understanding that the movie was produced on a budget of $100,000...and all actors/actresses were members of the church or area local individuals.
