Noah Webster collated the spoken English language and produced his famous dictionary.
Webster's 1828 dictionary matched the KJV Holy Bibles.
This simple historical fact clearly demonstrates the obvious source
of American language. Language is word definition.

    God

The Supreme Being; Jehovah; the Eternal and Infinite Spirit,
the Creator, and the Sovereign of the universe.
    Webster Dictionary 1828

    KJV Holy Bible

KJV Psalms 46:10 Be still, and know that I am God . . .

KJV Isaiah 45:5 I am the Lord, and there is none else,
there is no God besides me . . .

KJV Psalms 96:5 For all the gods of the nations are idols:
but the Lord made the heavens.

    God is spirit John 4:24
    God is holy Psalms 99:9
    God is eternal Isaiah 57:15
God is invisible 1 Timothy 1:17
God is light 1 John 1:5
God is love 1 John 4:8
    God is merciful Psalms 116:5
    God is faithful 1 Corinthians10:13
    God is king Psalms 47:7
    God is righteous Daniel 9:14

God was manifest in the flesh.

KJV 1 Timothy 3:16 And without controversy,
great is the mystery of godliness:
God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit,
seen by angels, preached to the Gentiles,
believed on in the world, received up into glory.

    KJV John 1:3 All things were made by him;
and without him was not any thing made that was made.

The name of Jesus Christ is above all principalities and dominion.

KJV Ephesians 1:21 Far above all principality, and power, and might,
and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world,
but also in that which is to come:

The name of Jesus Christ is exalted above blessing and praise.

KJV Nehemiah 9:5 . . . Stand up and bless the LORD your God for ever
and ever: and blessed be thy glorious name, which is exalted above
    all blessing and praise.

The name of Jesus Christ is above every name.

    KJV Philippians 2:9-10
9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him,
and given him a name which is above every name:
10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
    of things in heaven, and things on earth, and things under the earth;

God magnified his word above all his names.

KJV Psalms 138:2 I will worship towards thy holy temple,
and praise thy name for thy loving-kindness and for thy truth:
for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

    KJV 1 Corinthians 15:3-4
3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received,
    how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day
    according to the scriptures.

KJV 2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God,
and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction,
    for instruction in righteousness:

KJV John 7:38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said,
out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.

The Lord preserved his words, not the church and not the scholars.

    KJV Psalms 12:6-7
6 The words of the LORD are pure words:
as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.
7 Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve
them from this generation for ever.

Believers will believe, doubters will doubt and haters will hate.

KJV Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him:
for he that cometh to God must believe that he is,
and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

KJV Holy Bibles are the most published, read and loved bibles of all time.

While the entire line of scripture are records, the outstanding record
of scripture and the scripture of final authority is the published text
and form of the AV 1611 KJV Holy Bible first edition.

KJV Holy Bibles are the most published, read and loved books of all time.

KJV Psalms 40:7 Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book
    it is written of me,

The Lord hasn't preserved His church? Really?

Matthew 16:18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. (KJV)

Thankfully, God HAS preserved His actual words as "breathed" in the Hebrew and Greek texts.

Thankfully, these may be translated faithfully and accurately into any of the hundreds of receptor languages on earth.

Thankfully, scholars can do their best to try to reflect these preserved and God-breathed words in modern languages, even though some languages (like English) are very limited and weak and a lot of struggle to accurately replicate the original words.

Really, I am simply saying the Lord preserved his words.

The church did not preserve his words.

The scholars did not preserve his words.

    KJV Psalms 12:6-7
6 The words of the LORD are pure words:
as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.
7 Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve

#1. You cannot honestly state you have scripture if you believe only the original manuscripts were given by inspiration of God.
There are no original manuscripts !

KJV But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty,
    not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully;
but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves
to every man's conscience in the sight of God.

#2. You cannot honestly say "the bible" or "all bibles" are given by inspiration of God.
There are over 400 (Christian, Catholic, Cult) Greek, Syrian, Latin, German, English,
French, Spanish, etc. bibles which do not match in content, volume or doctrine.

#3. You cannot honestly say "the Greek N.T." or "all N.T. Greek texts" are given by inspiration of God.
There are over 24 reconstructed (Christian, Catholic, Cult) Greek N.T. texts
which do not match in content, volume or doctrine.

KJV translators dishonest according to makahiya117?

In other words, you are in effect asserting that the Church of England translators of the KJV were dishonest and that the title page of the 1611 KJV's New Testament was dishonest.

According to its title page and its preface, the KJV professes to be translated from the original languages. According to its title page for the New Testament, the 1611 KJV's New Testament was "newly translated out of the original Greek."

The first rule for the translating of the KJV referred to “the truth of the original.“ The sixth rule and fifteen rule referred to “Hebrew” and to “Greek.“

Lancelot Andrewes, a KJV translator, wrote: "Look to the original, as, for the New Testament, the Greek text; for the Old, the Hebrew" (Pattern of Catechistical Doctrine, p. 59).

In the preface to the 1611 KJV entitled "The Translators to the Reader," Miles Smith favorably quoted Jerome as writing “that as the credit of the old books (he meaneth the Old Testament) is to be tried by the Hebrew volumes, so of the New by the Greek tongue, he meaneth the original Greek. Then Smith presented the view of the KJV translators as follows: "If truth be to be tried by these tongues [Hebrew and Greek], then whence should a translation be made, but out of them? These tongues therefore, we should say the Scriptures, in those tongues, we set before us to translate, being the tongues in which God was pleased to speak to his church by his prophets and apostles." In this preface, Smith wrote: “If you ask what they had before them, truly it was the Hebrew text of the Old Testament, the Greek of the New.“ Earlier on the third page of this preface, Smith referred to “the original” as “being from heaven, not from earth.“

    D. A. Waite acknowledged that the preface of the 1611 "had the approval" of all the KJV translators (Defending the KJB, p. 64). William Savage asserted that “the preface was written and affixed by the king’s command” (Dictionary, p. 39). Laurence Vance indicated that Smith wrote the preface “in the name of all the translators” (King James, His Bible, p. 52). Vance cited the report of the British delegates (including KJV translator Samuel Ward) to the 1618 Synod of Dort that included a reference to “the truth of the original text” (p. 47).

In the dedication to King James in the 1611, Thomas Bilson also acknowledged that the KJV was a translation made “out of the original sacred tongues.“ John Eadie noted that the account of the Hampton Court conference written by Patrick Galloway, the king’s Scottish chaplain, [“an account revised by the king himself”] stated “that a translation be made of the whole Bible, as consonant as can be to the original Hebrew and Greek” (English Bible, II, p. 179).

Thank you for that Scripture. The only thing "foolish and unlearned" on this thread have been your comments. Therefore I will do my best to avoid them.

Hey, you just called the KJV Holy Bible " scripture " .

KJV All scripture is given by inspiration of God,
and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction,
    for instruction in righteousness:

You cannot honestly state you have scripture if you believe only the original manuscripts were given by inspiration of God.
    There are no original manuscripts.

    not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully;
