    yes, they deny the doctrine of the Trinity. and they say the Holy Spirit is not a person. and that Jesus was just a man.

    Actually, the JW translators show a great deal of understanding in the NWT; you have to know what you are doning to get the results you want (it was no accident).

    Actually, the Lockman Foundation concealed the identities of the original NASB's translators for decades. Only in 1995, as the NASB was being eclipsed by Lockman's NASBU, did the Foundation finally divulge who had done the translating way back when.

    true. as i understand it, the Lockman Foundation felt compelled to do so because they were being compared to the Watchtower Bible & Tract Society of Brooklyn, New York, for that very reason.

    At least they did, and the oneslisted were by FAR better than the 'scholars" the watchtower was using!
