    Praying is the answer for sure. It is not legislation. Congress does not even know how to govern anymore. Only the Lord can change the hearts of His creation. Maybe after hearts have been changed, we could get some decent laws.

    Short of praying, if people would stop centering every thought on themselves, and just for a time think about others, that would go a long way towards making America a better place to live.
