Michael, you are still attacking everyone and trying to discredit. Where is your Scriptural support for neotheism? Obviosly you are unable to defend your position if all you can hurl are insults. That is why you are being labeled for what you are.

    Joy,

Who is attacking and insulting whom? I am defending myself against such posts as the one from your "brother" Chet, above, who says I am not in the family of God!

I WILL NOT attempt to discuss ANYTHING with ANYONE who says I am a heretic and bound for hell.

And if that is what YOU think also, I have a label for what YOU are.

Again, I'm glad God is in charge and not some who claim to be Christians.

    neo-: new : recent

theism: belief in the existence of a god or gods; specifically : belief in the existence of one God viewed as the creative source of man and the world who transcends yet is immanent in the world

Essentially it is a new belief in a god. (Yes, the little "g" was intentional. For neotheism denies the one and true God.)

Gina, in a nutshell (and probably not as detailed as it should be):

Open view says that God knows all, but doesn't know what's going to happen two minutes from now; i.e., cannot predict the future.

Oh. ROFL! Ok. Well, that's a good enough explanation I suppose!
And you can hold this belief and still believe in the Bible....how?
The connections just don't fit there....
