    Jim,

You might discover you have a few bruises tomorrow.

Well, I can't sleep. So I thought I would get up and take a look in here. I don't know if anyone is still around.

Sheila, I am fine this morning. When I was in recovery from the first strokes, the therapist taught us how to fall. I just relax when I fall and try to land on the round of the shoulder and brace my bean against whiplash. They claim that prevents broken bones such as hips and arms. It works so far. Ego has learned to recover quickly, especially when no one has seen the fall...lol.

At any rate, back at it to-day, but don't need a ladder to-day.

    Cheers,

    Jim

Hey, I just noticed my post about Brother Wayne was censored for privacy. Has anyone actually read that other room which names people right, left and centre? It never gets censored for privacy but even identifies kiddies!! Go figure. The chap I mentioned is even a baptist preacher!!!!

    Cheers,

    Jim

Jim, I am pleased to hear you are ok. How near to completion is the new workshop?

Rob and I had to go to Hereford this morning and it is a really nice place to explore. We stopped at Newent for coffee on the way back and Rob bought me The Epistle to the Hebrews: A Commentary on the Greek Text. [IMG] It was a bargain and Hebrews is the Epistle I am hoping to study as part of my MA.

Well, we have some much needed rain here today. Soon be time to go blackberry-ing.

    God Bless

    Sheila

I saw blackberries that were nearly ready when we walked into town today.

    Roger,

We don't pick them from the roadside. Will Mary be making jam with them?

I don't have that problem as I am not that keen on blackberries. I don't mind picking them and cooking them. They freeze well too.

We used to have a Yellow English Field Cocker Spaniel called Tumble and he loved blackberries and would pick his own. [IMG] Cassie, our little Cavalier found blackberrying extremely boring and wanted to be on the move all the time. A very relaxing occupation is blackberrying.

We have loads of wild raspberries on our estate. The secret is to beat the birds to the bushes. They can clear a bush in seconds; the time it takes me to go and collect a basket for gathering.

The other problem with the wild berries is that they are scattered all over. It would take a great effort to cut back all the sucker branches which controls the berry population.

    Cheers,

    Jim

Cheerio Sheila and Roger. The hypocrit has won. Tonight I decided to resign completely from the BaptistBoard. She over-stepped four male moderators to shadow me and inflict an injury and if that is Baptist, I am sure glad I changed.

    Cheers, and God bless,

    Jim

    Jim,

I am really sorry it has come to this. You have been a valuable contributor here and it is sad to think that you won't be posting here again. That is going to be Baptist Board's loss, even though they may not yet realise it.

    God Bless you Jim,

    Sheila

Already this is the 8th Tea Room. Time flies. But as 20 pages have also gone by, it is time to close the thread. Feel free to start #9 if you so desire.
But this one needs to be closed.

    In Christ,
    DHK
