Ephesians 2:11 - 3:10 11 Therefore remember, that formerly you, the Gentiles in the flesh, who are called "Uncircumcision " by the so-called "Circumcision," which is performed in the flesh by human hands-- 12 remember that you were at that time separate from Christ, excluded from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. 13 But now in Christ Jesus you who formerly were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. 14 For He Himself is our peace, who made both groups into one, and broke down the barrier of the dividing wall, 15 by abolishing in His flesh the enmity, which is the Law of commandments contained in ordinances, that in Himself He might make the two into one new man, thus establishing peace, 16 and might reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, by it having put to death the enmity. 17 And He came and preached peace to you who were far away, and peace to those who were near; 18 for through Him we both have our access in one Spirit to the Father. 19 So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints, and are of God's household, 20 having been built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus Himself being the corner stone, 21 in whom the whole building, being fitted together is growing into a holy temple in the Lord; 22 in whom you also are being built together into a dwelling of God in the Spirit. NAS Ephesians 3:1 For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for the sake of you Gentiles-- 2 if indeed you have heard of the stewardship of God's grace which was given to me for you; 3 that by revelation there was made known to me the mystery, as I wrote before in brief. 4 And by referring to this, when you read you can understand my insight into the mystery of Christ, 5 which in other generations was not made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed to His holy apostles and prophets in the Spirit; 6 to be specific, that the Gentiles are fellow heirs and fellow members of the body, and fellow partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel, 7 of which I was made a minister, according to the gift of God's grace which was given to me according to the working of His power. 8 To me, the very least of all saints, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the unfathomable riches of Christ, 9 and to bring to light what is the administration of the mystery which for ages has been hidden in God, who created all things; 10 in order that the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known through the church to the rulers and the authorities in the heavenly places.

God only has one covenant people that come to Him on the basis of faith.

OK, but if the "elect" are God's people as the "chosen", then why does God say that He will make a people who were NOT even a people BEFORE they became His people?

Also, faith is something only a man can exercise, and that faith is given by measure to every man and then becomes the sole responsibility for every man, on an individual basis, to do with that measure of faith as would bring about a belief in God.

Then we have the dilemma that God chose the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe. Then we have devils that believe and tremble at the Word of God. Then we have those same devils in the form of angels reserved unto judgement in everlasting chains and will never be saved.

Then we have the all to taken out of context Eph 1:4 where God chose from the foundations of the world"chose" that those who would be in Him would be holy and without blame, but we all know that every man born of a woman is full of troubles and is NOT holy and without blame until he is saved.

Now either they were God's people before he said they were not His people, and they were already holy and without blame and never needing salvation, or SOMEBODY is CONFUSED!
