    Let's see....

    Maybe we could trade Mississippi for New Brunswick, Arkansas for British Columbia, and Alabama for Alberta! Or just give Louisiana to Quebec free and clear. :laugh:

    Now, if you want to substitute the states you listed for New Jersey, Massachusettes, New York, and Rhode Island, you got a deal.
