The Plethora of Anti-Obama Threads - A Suggestion

    Back when a plethora of pro-Ron Paul threads starting being posted last year complaints were posted and the pro-Ron Paul articles were, for the most part, confined to a single, running thread.

    I suggest that the same idea be applied to a single, running anti-Obama thread. I count around a dozen anti-Obama threads that have posts within the past 24 hours.

    On another Christian forum on the Internet they set up one ongoing thread for each candidate for people to post anything pertaining to that canddate.

    It will never happen. They are having too much fun showing a Christlike attitude toward Obama and those who support him.

    There is just so much negative material out there about Barack Hussein Obama I doubt one thread could accommodate it all.

    If B Hussein Obama was a Christlike candidate, then the threads would be positive.

    But since this is a Christian board, and Obama's politics and agenda are unchristian, to say the least, then it is prudent for God fearing Christians to share information about him as it comes available.

    I wish there was a way for all Christians in our nation to read the information about him on this board, then maybe they will wake up and not vote for abortion, gay marriage, racism, destroying our military, and imposing socialism on our country.

    Negative posts are fine. But when several of us were posting in support of Ron Paul last year we were criticized for posting so starting so many threads.

    Maybe we Ron Paul supporters were just more willingly to be courteous to our fellow posters by combining our posts into basically a single, ongoing thread.

    I, and others, could do the same thing about JSM III. Is that what you want? A dozen anti-JSM III threads started each day?

    Isn't it obvious that the negatives of Obama are far worse than the negatives of McCain (which are significant)? To compare the two is not even a fair comparison. Obama's negatives are staggering, and would be the deathknell of his candidacy if Americans actually thought ...

    WARNING: If I have to go nuclear with anti-JSM III threads I am willing to do so. I will cover up the whole page with them if that is what it takes to make my point. I can prepare a battery of them and post them all within a matter of minutes.

    And I don't want to read one word of complaint from the anti-Obama folks when all of their threads are pushed off the first page because of this. If you want a thread war I am willing to engage in one.

    No. In fact, JSM III's negatives are more numerous and far worse than those of Senator Obama.

    I have a few days off from work and I plan to create 24 SEPARATE anti-JSM III threads off site and then post them all within a matter of minutes. This politics forum will be flooded with anti-JSM III threads. They are all that will be seen on the first page.

    Just stay tuned.

    I hope you plan on taking several days off. You are going to need that many to find as many negatives about McCain as there are about Barack Hussein Obama, since you don't even know any specific examples right off the bat. Good luck and happy hunting.

    Don't worry. I won't have problem finding plenty of material.

    Of course, the moderators could step in a force some structure onto the anti-Obama hysteria on this board.

    I am not an unreasonable person and really don't want to go to that extreme, but if the anti-Obama people are going to act unreasonable and get away with it then I am quite willing to match them in being unreasonable.

    I hope you plan on taking about 10 days off, because if you post that many posts just to make a point (posting like that is against the BB rules) you will find yourself on the receiving end of a 10-day suspension...

    Then will you moderators take action against having 12 SIMULTANEOUS threads on one subject - Senator Obama? Isn't having 12 SIMULTANEOUS threads on one subject in one forum against the BB rules? It is certainly against fairness.

    Simply different people posting them an hour apart from each certainly violates the spirit of the rules that you are to enforce.

    Not if they are started by different posters and have different titles.

    Ordinarily, the threads would probably be merged, but this is the politics forum and an important election is coming up.
