Yes, I know that's a hard one to swallow but, either they have to behave and stop disrupting the process for everyone else or they shouldn't be allowed to stay. The teachers, students, and parents shouldn't have to tolerate the kind of conduct that goes on it most schools today. But, in a government run entitled based school there are no real consequences for not behaving or not learning. Everyone has to graduate else the school is deemed a failure. This area needs much reform.

Getting rid of them is not the answer. We cannot just cast aside children who are not being raised properly and throw them to the wolves. But we do need to drop the political correctness (cultural marxism) and start enforcing discipline in our schools.

It's not for the state to raise them.

Public school teachers are should not be looked at as surrogate parents for juvenile delinquents.

We'd just be "getting rid of them" in the schools so the rest of the children could learn. It would be up to their parents to correct the problem and demonstrate their children could behave. Public schools should not have to raise children. Public schools should not have to have their own police force as many now do. But, making the schools smaller, more localized, and getting them into the hands of parents - small one or two room schools right in the middle of the neighborhoods - might well reduce the number of delinquents who'd otherwise be hitting the bricks. Students should come to learn, pay attention, and respect the teachers or get out of the way. It's the best lesson they could learn because, if they don't like many do not, their just going to end up in more trouble later. Everyone - children and adults alike - has to understand their are consequences for misbehavior.

What about those statistics in post 15? Can everyone see where the money is going? It's just a schmorgesborg of social spending and wealth redistribution that we'll be paying for a long time.
