That may be true..... but if he's capable of posting such sarcasm...... he's capable of including a disclaimer..... somewhere in the post..... or it stands as it sounds (to anyone not knowing him well enough to give the benefit of the doubt) ..... just like he said.

There's more who read these threads and posts besides the frequent poster's club..... and the public can be guest at any time. How are they to know? We can be more responsible than this example.

There is also the problem that he's always been pretty much a hit & run poster, never sticking around for the rebuttals to his many, many hateful posts. I agree with every point you make. Like I said, I hate to stick up for him.

I said nothing about being sad. I said it was wrong to kill him.

I think, if you reread the thread, you'll find that most have either agreed that killing Tiller is wrong.... or they were addressing other issues associated with the link and the OP which focused on other issues besides the killing.

Personally, I'd rather focus on the more positive gain of all those women who had planned their late term abortions in the following weeks... but were interrupted in their plans by the closing of the clinic.

His murder has little more interest to me...... than other murders which have occured, all of which are wrong, ..... some which have occurred at church and targeted people at random..... or the recent death of a pastor in his pulpit. I do find myself concerned more by the assumptions of a few here.... and more so in the general public at large to associate this particular murder with Christian, and/or pro-life groups and/or to exault it to a greater significance as though there was something admirable in the doctor's use of his skills, which gives him greater value than others..... including the unborn.
