Upon what simple piano tune was the theme song for "My Three Sons" based?

What Hanna-Barbera cartoon also included a snippet of this tune in its theme?

    "The Jetsons".

It was played as Elroy was dropped off (literally) at "Little Dipper Elementary School".

I remember it was Hauser Street in Queens but that's about it.

Does anybody know what neighborhood in Queens that was supposed to be?

    Name: Walter "Radar" O'Reilly
    Rank: Corporal
    Serial No: US56349216

Radar was born and raised on a farm in Ottumwa, Iowa. His Father died when he was very young. He's nicknamed Radar because of his unnerving ability to know about things before they happen. Favorite drink is Grape Nehi. Enlisted in the army when he was 18. He wanted to be a Marine but failed the medical.

"He was like the son I never had," said his mentor Colonel Henry Braymore Blake.
