I don't care that you're not asking me this, but does the one you are asking have access to the New York state government records? Do you? Did what's-his-name Brown in Ferguson commit theft before being confronted and shot by a police officer? Would he have done anything, including trying to wrest the officer's gun away, to avoid arrest?

Who says the form is required? And if it is required, how do you know it wasn't filed? And if it was filed how do you know the AG didn't remove it from the file and shred it?

Wow, you go around Robins barn. Very amusing.

The person I ask has the same freedom to conduct research as I. Does he believe that the New York State Attorney lied in his letter informing Trump that he was in violation of New York State law, section 172 of Article 7-A New York's Executive Law for not registering the Trump Foundation? No one would be that dumb. It would be too easy to disprove. So we do not need to go to the State Library or the State Archives and go through the files. The letter is available, on line, for anyone to read. I will save you the effort. Here is the letter:

Really TC. How low are you going to sink to support Trump?

Come on TC. You are smarter than that reply.

How do you know that Clinton lost any e-mail messages?

No one would be stupid enough to do as you suggest.

Let's see. They raised $53 million to rebuilt India. They spent $2.7 million on rebuilding. Where is the other $50 million?

Let's see. Hillary said, when they left the White House they were broke. Had nothing.

So, what did they do? They bought the mansion in Westchester County then bought another house in Washington DC, while still owning the mansion in Westchester County.

I wish I was that "broke."

I don't. I have never claimed to have such knowledge. If I had such knowledge I would probably been called to testify before congress.

Beyond my ability imagine. Far too easy to disprove.

Has Trump issued a claim that the foundation did file the necessary form?

    1. I don't support Trump.

    2. I am smart enough to understand what both "due process" and "the presumption of innocence" means.

    3. I am also smart enough to understand that politics is a very dirty game, and the phrase "October Surprise" was coined for a reason.

And before you canonize Schneiderman you might want to investigate a few minor details.

    Who is Neal Kwatra?

    Who is Melvin Lowe?

What exactly was that federal sentencing memorandum all about?

Why isn’t Jon Corzine being prosecuted?

And exactly what went on in a closed-door meeting between New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman and President Obama — hours before Schneiderman filed a Saturday afternoon lawsuit against Obama’s famous critic –- Donald Trump?

Just a little research will keep you from making a fool of yourself. :)

If he did, how would we know if it was factual?

I'm smart enough not to engage in baseless speculation. I am smart enough to understand the difference between a fact and a rumor. And I am smart enough to realize most of what passes for "facts" in these threads is nothing but gossip. :)

Yes, I do. I thought that was common knowledge. The fact that it says "Administrator" under my picture should have tipped you off.

You would have to ask the folks who owned the foundation. Clinton was a chair. He didn't control the money. Check with Mr. Gupta.

Seriously? You think one of the most popular Presidents in recent history regardless of his scandals was gonna have a problem getting a mortgage against his future earnings? That's what insurance policies are for. And considering the tens of millions he's made, it would have been a no brainer for any bank to give them a mortgage against his future earnings.

Good answer. He turned out to be less philanthropic than he had previously claimed.

In 2010, Gupta was charged along with two other employees of Infogroup for "their roles in a scheme in which the CEO funneled illegal compensation to himself in the form of perks worth millions of dollars." The SEC said he used $9.5 million in corporate funds for personal gain and his "lavish lifestyle". The three later settled with the SEC without admitting wrongdoing. He paid $7.4 million in fines and penalties and agreed to be barred from serving as an officer or director of a public company.
