The Lord God says He is the one who forms light and creates darkness, causes well being and creates calamity, "I the Lord do all these things". Isaiah 45: 7. "I am the LORD, and there is no other; Besides Me there is no God. I will gird you, though you have not known Me; Isaiah 45:5 That men may know from the rising to the setting of the sun That there is no one besides Me. I am the LORD, and there is no other, Isaiah 45:6 We must know that our sovereign God has decreed all that happens for His glory...... so that we *all* may know who He is. Luke 18: 10.
