Featured University of Cincinnati cop Ray Tensing indicted on murder charge...

    When you said: "The senseless murder of unarmed black people by police continues" the question was raised. We can't technically call it murder yet.

    How about alleged murder? He shot a man in the head and then he and another officer lied about him being dragged.

    Sounds as much like murder to me as was Dylann Roof shooting 9 people during Bible study. Only difference is Dylann wasn't wearing a badge and claiming he feared for his life.

    Just wondering why the victim refused to show his driver's license and then tried to drive away from the officer without doing so.

    Really stupid thing to do.

    The really stupid thing to do was to shoot the man in the head and then him and another officer lie about what actually happened.

    Just shameful and all the racists on cue cry race baiting. :rolleyes:

    An indictment on a charge of murder is not a finding of murder.

    Most adults know the difference.

    The video is inconclusive except for the fact that , once again, a man is dead for being stupid. He lied about his license. He refused to get out of his car when ordered. He started the car and tried to drive off.

    From there the video only shows that the officer fired a shot and then had to get up off the ground. How he got there is not shown.

    There is zero evidence that race was involved.

    A jury will have a tough time convicting of murder if the video is all they have.

    I live just outside Cincinnati. I'm staying out of this one. However, UNIVERSITY OF CINCINNATI police were patrolling off-campus until this incident.

    Sad. Hopefully there won't be rioting like back in 2001.

    Easy conviction for murder. He and the other cop even tried to lie about it.

    Shameful.

    And no one said race was involved.
    But the cop was white and the dead man was black.

    Systemic.
